Getting Started #

Welcome to WAPI Connect Pro. This guide will help you connect your WhatsApp Cloud API in under 5 minutes.

Requirements #

• WordPress 6.0 or higher
• WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
• A Meta Business account
• A WhatsApp Business account
• A phone number approved for WhatsApp Cloud API

Step 1 — Install the Plugin #

Upload the WAPI Connect Pro zip file via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it.

Step 2 — Enter Your API Credentials #

Go to WAPI Connect → Settings and enter your Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and Access Token from the Meta Developer portal.

Step 3 — Send a Test Message #

Use the Test Tools section to send a test message to your own number and confirm the connection is working.

Next Steps #

Once connected, configure OTP, order notifications, and abandoned cart recovery from the WAPI Connect menu.
