We make one product, WAPI Connect Pro for WooCommerce, and we try to make it the tool we would want for our own store: in Arabic and English, honest about what it costs, and clear about what it cannot do.
Who we are
We are an independent, small team based in Kuwait. WAPI Connect Pro is a WordPress plugin: it runs inside your own WooCommerce store and connects it to your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API.
We are not part of Meta, WhatsApp or Automattic, and they do not endorse or sponsor us. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC, and WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.
Why we built it
In Kuwait and the Gulf, customers ask about their orders on WhatsApp, not by e-mail. Many stores answer every “where is my order?” by hand, from one phone.
We wanted that to happen inside the store itself: an update for every order status, a reminder for a cart left behind, every chat on the team’s phones, and campaigns only to customers who said yes. All of it in Arabic as well as English, with one yearly price and no fee from us on each message. You pay Meta directly, at Meta’s rate.
What we believe
- Clear costs
- One yearly price for the plugin. Meta bills your own account for messages, and we add nothing. When we state Meta’s prices or limits, we say on which date we checked them.
- Customers who agreed
- Campaigns only go to people who said yes, and a single “stop” or «إيقاف» is respected straight away. That protects your customers and your number.
- Your data stays with you
- Chats and contacts live in your own WordPress database. Our server only receives your license key, your site’s address and the plugin version.
- Arabic as well as English
- The whole admin, the inbox app and the ready templates work in Arabic and English, right to left where it should be.
- Say what it cannot do
- For example, the plugin cannot pick up WhatsApp calls yet, and your number cannot stay in the WhatsApp Business app at the same time. We write that down before you buy.
- Code you can read
- The plugin is GPL-licensed. Your license key gives you updates and support.
