Your orders and license keys
Open an order to see its receipt. The receipt shows your license key and its plan, under the item you bought.
Download the plugin
The plugin’s zip file, for a first install or a new site. On a site where your key is active, new versions come through WordPress → Plugins, like any other plugin.
Install it from WordPress → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. The install and license guide walks you through it.
Use, move and renew your key

Activate
In WordPress open WAPI Connect → Settings → License, paste the key and press “Activate”. Starter, Pro and Business cover 1 site, Agency covers 5.

Move to another site
On the old site, press “Deactivate on this site” in the same panel, then activate the key on the new site. A key can be activated on a new site while its year is running.

Renew
A license runs for one year. From 30 days before the end date the License panel shows a “Renew” button: it opens our checkout with your key, and paying adds one more year to the same key. If the date passes, the plugin keeps working for a 14-day grace period, then its WhatsApp features pause until you renew.
